Our Service users, Carers and management are our main priorities as we go through this tough uncertain time.

we would like to make sure we are re-assuring all service users/family and friends, Kris Carers will do All in there power to make sure we are following all protocols and ensuring the safety of all service users.

​

The spread of covid is fearful, and we would like to advise that we have ensured all of our staff are following best practice and using all correct PPE: (highlighted below for all measure in place).

​

• We have stock of all PPE currently with a back up resource stored in 3 different location for convenience

• Mask, Aprons and disposable gloves on every visit

• Ensure hands are washed throughout all visits when entering properties and leaving

• Following all guidelines for social distancing

• Self isolation process for any staff with symptoms of Covid-19

• We are also leaving PPE in clients homes as extra support.

Symptoms

The most important symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are recent onset of any of the following:

• a new continuous cough

• a high temperature

• a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

For most people, COVID-19 will be a mild illness. However, if you have any of the symptoms above you must stay at home and arrange to have a test to see if you have COVID-19 – go to testing to arrange.
